Do you have a shop I can bring my computer to?

No — there's no walk-in storefront. I come to you, or pick the computer up, repair it, and bring it back. A lot of problems can also be solved remotely the same day.

Do you work with home users or only businesses?

Both. Businesses are the bulk of the work, but home computers are welcome too — repairs, virus removal, new machine setup, and data transfers.

What does it cost?

Everyday troubleshooting is billed hourly and defined projects get a flat quoted price up front. The first conversation — working out what's actually wrong — is free.

How quickly can you help?

For anything stopping a business from operating, I aim for same-day. Get in touch and I'll tell you realistically when I can be there.

Are you an independent business?

Yes — locally owned, independent, and home-based. You deal with me directly rather than a reseller or a call centre, and I hold no reseller agreements, so advice comes without a sales angle.
